New Delhi: In the latest, Supreme Court refused to stay Delhi Hight Court order upholding TRAI's decision making it mandatory for telecos to compensate subscribers for call drop.
The apex court shifted hearing for March 10 asking Centre and TRAI to respond to Telecos appeal.
The plea filed by two cellular operator associations was mentioned before a bench of Chief Justice TS Thakur demanding urgent hearing, as per media reports.
Now after Supreme Court refusing to stay the High Court's order, telcom companies will have to confirm to the TRAI's order which requires them to submit the compliance report by Monday.
